How Can headache And Breathlessness Be Treated?

I cannot sleep at night time till six in the morning . then i sleep till noon. and my nose is stuffy and little headhace and shortness of breath when I do anything that really is not strenduous. I like to walk across to the neighbors and I am short of breath. when I am sitting or laying down resting . I feel fine.mostly I want to be able to sleep so I do things and go to church . but I sleep through the mornings.

If you are experiencing shortness of breath on activity then you may need to rule out conditions related to the heart, lungs, anemia (low blood count). If these are normal then a psychological cause such as anxiety, would need to be considered.
A chest x ray, blood test (complete blood count) and ECG would be needed.

If you are very congested, this may also affect breathing, this can be treated antihistamine/decongestants combinations which are over the counter such as benadryl d, claritine d, allegra d, zyrtec d.
